平面磨床磨削加工時的四種裝夾方式

       墊圈、摩擦片、樣板、薄板等薄片零件,由于剛性差、散熱困難、熱處理后彎曲,裝夾時引起夾緊變形,磨削時易翹曲,通常采用磁力吸盤在平面磨床上磨削加工,磨削完成后,去掉磁性吸引力,薄片工件恢復原狀,難以保證加工精度。如采用以下幾種裝夾方式,保證薄片工件在自由狀態下進行定位與夾緊,利用雙端面進行磨削加工,可取得良好效果,滿足零件加工精度要求。
  

       一、用臨時措施加強薄片工件的剛性
  
  采(cai)用環(huan)氧(yang)樹脂(zhi)(zhi)結(jie)合劑,將(jiang)薄(bo)(bo)片(pian)(pian)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)在自由狀態下(xia)(xia)粘(zhan)到(dao)(dao)一(yi)塊平(ping)(ping)(ping)板上(shang)(shang)。平(ping)(ping)(ping)板連同薄(bo)(bo)片(pian)(pian)一(yi)起(qi)放到(dao)(dao)磁(ci)力吸(xi)(xi)盤(pan)(pan)上(shang)(shang)。磨(mo)(mo)平(ping)(ping)(ping)薄(bo)(bo)片(pian)(pian)一(yi)端平(ping)(ping)(ping)面(mian)(mian)后(hou),再將(jiang)薄(bo)(bo)片(pian)(pian)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)從平(ping)(ping)(ping)板上(shang)(shang)取下(xia)(xia)來(lai),以磨(mo)(mo)平(ping)(ping)(ping)的(de)一(yi)面(mian)(mian)放到(dao)(dao)磁(ci)力吸(xi)(xi)盤(pan)(pan)上(shang)(shang),再磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)薄(bo)(bo)片(pian)(pian)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)的(de)另一(yi)端平(ping)(ping)(ping)面(mian)(mian)。由于(yu)環(huan)氧(yang)樹脂(zhi)(zhi)在未硬化之(zhi)(zhi)前(qian)有流(liu)動(dong)性(xing),它(ta)可以填(tian)平(ping)(ping)(ping)薄(bo)(bo)片(pian)(pian)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)與(yu)(yu)平(ping)(ping)(ping)板之(zhi)(zhi)間的(de)間隙(xi)。當環(huan)氧(yang)樹脂(zhi)(zhi)硬化后(hou),工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)與(yu)(yu)平(ping)(ping)(ping)板粘(zhan)結(jie)在一(yi)起(qi),成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)一(yi)個整(zheng)體,從而大大增強了工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)的(de)剛性(xing)。在磁(ci)力吸(xi)(xi)引下(xia)(xia),薄(bo)(bo)片(pian)(pian)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)不會產生夾緊(jin)變形,為(wei)(wei)磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)出平(ping)(ping)(ping)直平(ping)(ping)(ping)面(mian)(mian)創造了條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)。也(ye)可用厚油脂(zhi)(zhi)代替(ti)環(huan)氧(yang)樹脂(zhi)(zhi)填(tian)充薄(bo)(bo)片(pian)(pian)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)與(yu)(yu)磁(ci)力吸(xi)(xi)盤(pan)(pan)之(zhi)(zhi)間的(de)間隙(xi),增強工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)的(de)剛性(xing),同樣可以收(shou)到(dao)(dao)良(liang)好的(de)效果。

       二、機械裝夾方式
  
  利(li)用平(ping)面磨床附(fu)件(jian)中的平(ping)口(kou)(kou)鉗(qian)將(jiang)薄片(pian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)借磁(ci)性工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作臺把小(xiao)型平(ping)口(kou)(kou)鉗(qian)吸住(zhu),由于平(ping)口(kou)(kou)鉗(qian)有一(yi)定高度,因(yin)此,鉗(qian)口(kou)(kou)受磁(ci)力小(xiao)。采用進(jin)給(gei)量逐(zhu)漸減(jian)少的辦法磨平(ping)薄片(pian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)一(yi)平(ping)面后取(qu)下,這時把已磨好(hao)的一(yi)平(ping)面放到磁(ci)性工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作臺上,再進(jin)行磨削薄片(pian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)的另(ling)一(yi)平(ping)面,反復(fu)磨削幾次(ci),兩平(ping)面的平(ping)面度達(da)到要求。

       三、真空裝夾方式
  
  利(li)用大氣的(de)壓(ya)力(li)裝夾(jia)薄(bo)片工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)來進(jin)行(xing)(xing)磨(mo)削(xue)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。其(qi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作原理(li)為:夾(jia)具(ju)體上設有(you)橡膠密封圈,把(ba)薄(bo)片工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)放(fang)在(zai)橡膠密封圈上,從而(er)使工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)與夾(jia)具(ju)體之間(jian)形成密封腔。用真空泵將(jiang)室內(nei)空氣從抽(chou)氣孔抽(chou)出,這時(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)被夾(jia)緊。由(you)于夾(jia)緊力(li)小(xiao),可采用圓周(zhou)磨(mo)削(xue)方法進(jin)行(xing)(xing)磨(mo)削(xue)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。當磨(mo)削(xue)好(hao)薄(bo)片工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)一端平面(mian)后,磨(mo)削(xue)薄(bo)片工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)另一端平面(mian)時(shi),可采用上述方式進(jin)行(xing)(xing),同樣(yang)可得到(dao)滿意(yi)的(de)結果。

       四、墊彈性墊片裝夾方式
  
  在平面磨床上磨削(xue)上述薄片工(gong)件(jian)(jian)時,采用(yong)彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)夾(jia)緊機(ji)構,使薄片工(gong)件(jian)(jian)在自(zi)由狀態下實現(xian)定位(wei)與(yu)夾(jia)緊。在工(gong)件(jian)(jian)與(yu)磁(ci)(ci)性(xing)(xing)(xing)工(gong)作臺(tai)之間墊一層0.5mm厚的(de)橡(xiang)(xiang)膠,當工(gong)件(jian)(jian)受磁(ci)(ci)性(xing)(xing)(xing)吸(xi)引力(li)作用(yong)時,橡(xiang)(xiang)膠被壓縮,彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)變形變小,從(cong)而可磨削(xue)出工(gong)件(jian)(jian)的(de)平直平面。反復磨削(xue)幾次,可滿足加(jia)工(gong)精(jing)度要求。
